The whole store was saying “good doggie” and “pretty doggie”, trying to get her to sit down and smile.

@ WDL: Most retail Santas have a problem with the sauce. Hell, I would, too, if I had to do that kind of work.

@ Cap: One of my adult friends got groped by a department store Santa. He thought he was slick, but everyone saw what happenned.

About five years ago my friends and I needed to get into the xmas spirit so we went to the mall to sit on Santa’s lap. He felt us up.

She wasn’t pleased. It took 10 minutes just to wrestle her into that position, and get her to quit snarling.

I started calling out to her, “pretty girl!” cuz that always makes her smile. Other people, anxious for their turn with the jolly one, joined in, until a good 50 people were shouting “PRETTY GIRL!!!”.

Somehow, that didn’t seem to calm her.
