Beware the TwinCities Toe Licker
When a Minnesota mugger accosted a young woman leaving her late-shift job, he took more than just her keys and cell phone,–he took a part of her soul; or, perhaps, sole, as it were.
In the early hours of September 11th, an unnamed woman was approached by a gun-wielding 27-year old man who allegedly mugged her, after which, he forced her to take her shoes off.
The yet-unnamed suspect then commenced to lick her toes, an act St. Paul police Commander Kevin Casper called “weird sexual behavior”. (In actuality, foot fetishism is one of the most common sexual practices in the US. Furthermore, foot fixations may be completely non-sexual.)

The victim was said to be unhurt, but extremely shocked by the experience. (No shit!) The suspect was apprehended almost instantly and the young woman’s keys and phone were recovered.
