    Doesn’t it specificaly say “Spare the rod & spoil the child” or some crap like that? please do a strip where I kick the dad’s ass…

    Actually, the verse cited says that if you talk back to your parents, then they can stone you to death.

    Just like that girl in Iraq a few months back.

    Good stuff, that book.

    And yeah, my mom actually -did- cite that verse one time, when she told me I should be grateful.
